We evaluate all referrals on a case-by-case basis. Generally appropriate candidates include patients with:

Diagnosis of treatment-resistant depression (failure of ≥2 adequate medication trials)
PTSD or complex trauma not adequately responsive to first-line therapies
Chronic pain conditions (neuropathic pain, CRPS, fibromyalgia) refractory to standard treatments
Anxiety disorders with inadequate response to standard pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy
OCD or bipolar depression where conventional treatments have been insufficient
